All of our furniture is designed for everyday commercial outdoor use. The frames usually require no more than soap and water for cleaning. Sunbrella is a great material for outdoors use and is warranted for 3 years of everyday use even in the tropics.

Please note that we strive to post accurate colors for all of our furniture. However, individual monitors and processors may show the color differently than the actual material. We are very pleased to send frame samples and Sunbrella fabric swatches by Priority Mail so that you can know exactly what you are purchasing.

Cushions covered in most Sunbrella fabrics are normally included in the price if the furniture design requires them. Cushions are available for any items and we are pleased to craft coordinating pads for your existing furniture.

Delivery Times

Most of our frames are in stock and can be shipped within 7 working days of receipt of order. Many frames can ship within 24 hours if in stock at our California warehouse. Transit times are typically 5 working days to the East Coast, 3 days to the Midwest and 1 to 2 days on the West Coast.

Cushions are usually made to order and take from 3 to 4 weeks to manufacture. Umbrella covers are typically made in 3 to 6 weeks depending on the time of year.

Expedited production of cushions and umbrellas is available reducing the manufacturing time to 10-14 days. The charge is normally about 25% of the item total. Please call if you need expedited rush delivery and we will do our best to meet your needs.

Freight

All of our shipments are FOB Allegro Classics warehouse.

We are pleased to offer different freight options:

Business to business drop ship delivery
Residential drop ship delivery
Less than trailer bulk shipments
Continer load shipments

We request that all motor freight carriers call to schedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance. The appointments are usually scheduled within a 2-hour time period. We strive to select carriers with good service reputations. However, occasionally unforeseen delays may occur. Please call us if we can help in any way to expedite the delivery.

Delivery

Please be sure to inspect all shipments on delivery and note any freight damages on the receiving document. All shipments should be signed with the notation "pending inspection" in case there is any damage hidden within the packaging.

Please note that we cannot accept any freight damage claims more than (7) days after delivery. We cannot consider claims for furniture that is received without a signature.

International Shipments

We are pleased to ship to Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean. Please call or e-mail us for a specific quote including customs , brokerage and international freight.

Returns

Please notify our customer service by phone at 877.727.8800 or e-mail at service@allegroclassics.com at your earliest opportunity if there is a problem with your order. Please send images of the damage if at all possible as this greatly helps us identify the exact problem and the best and quickest remedy.

Warranty

Allegro Classics LLC warrants to you, the original purchaser, that our furniture and accessories and all its parts and components are free of defects in material and workmanship. If you find a defect in material or workmanship in any part or component, Allegro Classics LLC will, at Allegro Classic's option, repair or replace the product at no charge. "Defects" as used in this warranty, are defined as any imperfection in material or workmanship that will impair the use of the product. Our warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of parts and components. The warranty does not cover: (1) defects caused by improper assembly, (2) defects caused to the product because of product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse or negligence after purchase, (3) normal wear and tear due to age and (4) labor or assembly costs.

All Allegro Classics residential warranties are limited to no more than seven year warranties unless otherwise specifically noted and are limited to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. All Allegro Classics LLC commercial warranties are limited to no more than three years from date of receipt and are limited to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. In some cases, product wear and tear may be depreciated for the time the product was in use.

In no event will Allegro Classics LLC be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of any product.
